Step ONE:
1. We realise that we were giving our power away to the belief that Love exists outside ourselves. Is it time to let go of being a doormat? Great questions to see how much you give away of yourself and if you are answering YES to more than one question...then a great opportunity to go deep within and have a look at your self love/esteem and see if people pleasing is your way of managing/medicating a sense of lack. Sometimes we are not even aware that we are giving from a place of lack in ourselves and that is not healthy giving...but giving to get approval.
